Privacy Policy — TAVRIQ

TAVRIQ provides a lead follow-up system for businesses in the UAE. This policy explains what information our system handles and how.

Information we process

• Details a customer submits through a business's request form: name, WhatsApp number, car model, requested service, area, preferred time, and consent.
• Status updates made by the business team (for example "contacted" or "booked").

How it is used

• To notify the business team about new requests by e-mail and Telegram.
• To remind the team when a request has not been followed up, and to produce daily summary reports for the business owner.

Google account data

TAVRIQ connects to Google services only for accounts owned by TAVRIQ or by the business using the system. Google Sheets is used to store the request records, and Gmail is used only to send notification e-mails. We do not read, sell, or share Gmail content, and we do not use Google user data for advertising. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data is shared only with the business that received the request.

Retention and deletion

Request records are kept for as long as the business uses the service. To request deletion of your information, contact us.
