What we collect

WhatsApp messages of the number you connect to Ramsly yourself, contact names and message times. Numbers you mark as "staff/private" are not read and their messages are deleted. If you enable calls in the Android app: the call log only (number, time, duration, type) — calls are never recorded. Plus any photos and notes you add in the app.

Why we use it

• AI analysis of your chats: who is waiting, requests, promises and follow-ups.
• Suggested replies, daily tasks, alerts and the weekly report.
• Preparing ads, and posting to groups only what you approve, within a daily limit.

Who owns the data

Your data is yours. We never sell or share it for marketing. Ramsly never messages your customers. We use technical service providers (WhatsApp connectivity, an AI provider and cloud storage) only to run the service.

Deletion

You can disconnect at any time and request deletion; we delete the data within 30 days.
